Rubber belt vacuum filter is a device that realizes solid-liquid separation with vacuum negative pressure as the driving force. Under the action of vacuum negative pressure (0.04-0.07MPa), the liquid in the suspension is pumped out through the filter medium (filter cloth), while the solid particles are intercepted by the medium, thus realizing the separation of liquid and solid. The filtering section is arranged along the horizontal length direction in the structure, which can continuously complete filtering, washing, drying, filter cloth regeneration and other operations.

Good washing effect; Multi-stage horizontal or countercurrent washing can be realized, and the washing is uniform and thorough. The mother liquor and washing liquor can be collected and reused separately according to the process needs.

DCS technology is applied in the control system to realize on-site and remote automatic control.
